Yeah this looks great. Did you use a stick figure sketch thing? if you did that don't worry you are a great artist and if you could draw this that you stick guys should have a good shape.

The body looks alright, the head, looks like it should be brought forward a tad (to the left), looks like his head is too far back.

Yeah I did, but my sense of proportions is pretty bad, it took a lot of time after I traced it from a photo of a sketch, to make him look descent.

Yeah, I have to clean up the lines first, before doing anything serious.. which is going to take for ever with the mouse.

no no no dude. The bottom of the ear and the bottom of the nose should line up going diagonal across the face. Also the top of the ear and the top of the eye.

Also don't squeeze boobs together of the woman isn't wearing any support. The one facing the screen would be closer to the armpit, i can sketch it up if u want. but align the ear with the eye then adjust the nose. look at this:
