Where can I find that preloader?

First off, I figured this was better than the WI/HT forum.
I have looked in the download section many times.

I'm looking for the preloader that has the logo, then turns to a white bar, that moves to the left of the screen and displays "Everything by Everyone" text, then "NewGrounds.com". I've seen it a lot, and it's not the static one either. Anyone know where I can download this? Appreciation in advance.

I've seen it by at least 10 different authors, so they must be getting it from somewhere.

first of all, it isn't a preloader its a intro,
it is for movies that make newgrounds shine :) and if you are a respected author u will get it from newgrounds i geuss

it can be found out there, but what does it say, about u if u use it... it says, hey i'm a cheating decompiling thief... so i suggest just making your own intro or use a standard ng preloader,

I thought it was like, a pre-loader that you can download anywhere kinda idea (tho you can download that, search Newgrounds Sponsor preloader and you should find it)

I thought it used to be for official NG productions as well, but last time someone made a thread asking this in wi/ht... I said just that. However, I found out that there was a link circulating with the .fla on it... I don't even know if I'm supposed to be passing this around, but odds are someone else will step in and post the link. I should get conformation from Tom, or if we should try to get CS to take it down...
