I usually don't like to waste my time with this type of things, but I was wondering through the internet, and I came around this little internet doodad called "The Candidate Calculator". It is basically an internet poll. You answer a small list of questions with yes, no, unsure and then you rate your answer with High, Medium, or Low importance. Takes 5 minutes at the most.
At the end, it calculates which candidate best fits your views.
My Top candidate was a tie(so this is not very accurate): Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich(D) and Former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel(D) with 87.10% match.
I think this is slightly fun and amusing. Try it and post your results.
Sorry. No EDIT button. :(

Strange... I got Mitt Romney, who is my actual candidate of choice, with 85%, but the closest candidate after him was a noname with 14%.

You may hate her as a person, but [and how the HELL did they compile hillaries opinions on the issues exactly... i thought she didn't have any] But you might also agree with her on certain issues.

Well that makes perfect sense. She's ambiguous enough to appeal to a wide majority.
I got Ron Paul (75.44%)
Kucinich in second with 71.93%.
Hucabee in 4th with 53%.

I don't know shit about him.
But you win the award for being the lowest % thus far.
Dunno if anyone else caught this, but being a low percent is actually a good thing (I think). It means you're most centered in ideals and opinions, and not staunchly leaning towards a certain political outlook.
That's what I'm inferring from that anyways. I dunno if that's the actual case, let alone if anyone else bothered thinking about it.....

I've taken one like this before and it came out similarly:
Mike Gravel at 79.55%. Followed closely by Richardson and Biden.
My candidate of choice, Obama, only scored 56%.
My second choice, McCain, scored 48.8%
Hmmm.... maybe it's because I put a medium/low emphasis on many of the things everyone seems all worked up about and a high one on things others seem kinda blase' about this year?
Tis better to sit in silence and be presumed a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

If you say no to everything and leave the importance at medium, you get Ron Paul with 83%.
So the main idea here is, "Ron Paul says no to everything."

Mike Gravel. Don't know who that is, but apparently we see eye to eye.
Next in line is Dennis Kucinich who I do know.

HA! I knew something was stange. Myself, like chris, were looking at the wrong part.
My real second place was brownback(whom I wanted to go all the way) followed by tancredo and Romney. I was looking at the everyones percentages.

It's almost time for another political compass thread isn't it?
Economic Left/Right: -5.25
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.62
Injured Workers rights were taken away in the 1920's by an insurance company (WCB), it's high time we got them back.

It was a .png when you downloaded it. Open it in paint and click file>Save As, then change the filetype to JPEG.

Kucinich closely followed by Mike Gravel, whoever the fuck that is.
Then Hilary Clinton, John Edwards and Barrack Obama.
Bottom was...someone I can't remember and 2nd bottom Mitt Romney.
Give my thoughts form and make them look insightful.
