Has anyone got any idea how I should continue this? I'm no lawyer, but I think if this did happen I could sue him under breach of contract. Not that I will.

The whole backstory behind this is that he's accidentaly joined a leigion with the express intent of discovering the identity of the leader of the KK and assasinating him.

My lawyer says I can sue under the recent Ross v. Tweed of last year, which dealt with breach of an informal contract, where the amount of money was significant. As the creator, I also have rights to bring it into an Australian court, which would involve added expenses to your account. Surely we can settle this simply. Admit your mistake, and return the $550 we paid you to create this flash, and we won't have to take this further.

If you could somehow get his mailing address? Ask him for it with the incentive of clearing his name (but not really). Word it so that you don't get caught in a lie when you mail him a legit looking document with charges on it.

This sounds like a good idea, but I think mailing things like that would get you in real trouble if you get caught. There's mail felonies and stuff out there. I don't know...

Oh, that is genius. And from my understanding, that's not a crime in Australia.

Thank god I'm at work, and I have a hell of a lot of Pay-To-Use databases at my fingertips. I'll see if I can grab his mailing address, as well as contacting him.
