Hey, I just got flash and I have only a mouse so I wanted to test my skill. This isnt my best, but like I tried to do what I thought I would do if I were doing a flash, so what do you think?

Even a basicly animated character should be more detailed than that, Take more time and effort into your art.

Nothing we say here can help you i'm afraid, you just have to get some kind of grip around the painting/drawing-thing on your own, and when you are getting along you could go search help from here.
A tip might be to look at images you like and try to redraw them, it wont be easy, and it will probably not look too good in the beginning, but it will get you somewhere.
