Fat
Stupid
Lazy
Arrogant
Police the World

Come on now people, everyone in the world has to fall into ONE of those catagories at one point or another. We can't just generalize, that will further spread the rift. We all belong to the HUMAN race, don't we? Why must we hate each other?

Yes, you're so free that in the past, Iranian citizens had to claim they werre Persian so they wouldn't get the shit kicked out of them in the streets (which says a lot about the level of education just as much as it does about the mentality), and blacks were segregated out of scoiety as much as possible across the nation until the 1960s, and still places like the Carolinas have black-only churches. Hell, slavery wasn't abolished until 1994 across the board.

And just remember that your land may be "free" financially, but the human cost was pretty damn dear for a whole race of people. You know, the ones that lived there to begin with...

the posts don't say that we hate AMERICANS, just AMERICA. in my case, at least, i was talking about my illiterate president and his axis of evil.... i mean cabinet of stupidity (or both, actually). i don't say i hate all americans, considering that i LIVE in america and i don't hate myself, that'd be a stupid thing to say. in fact, only a (relativelly) small percentage are ignorant, stuck up SOBs (although a large percentage of them ARE fat. not that that makes the slightest difference but you DID mention in your post that people hate americans becaue we're fat.... which is quite possibly the DUMBEST reason to hate someone, but anyways...), but they are the ones who we are stereotyped off of.

I think its more people hate the country itself, and therefore the people by assosication. I think people are pissed at the US government for their foriegn policy. Its not just Bush, the bad foriegn policy goes back along way. Also I dont hink the image people have of the average US citizen is too good because of TV (those talking to Americans clips on late TV shows such as Leno where they show clips of Americans who when asked questions about things are clueless).

Why can't we be friends (Im not meaning to quote a song), like why can't all nations get along, it would take work on behalf of all nations including the US but is it ever going to be possible?

It's a shame that will probably never happen in our lifetimes. Our cultures are too different, and there are too many ignorant people in positions of power (mainly religious organizations, but also quite a few countries.). I really don't see how a world govt. could possibly work in today's world.
