There are more wayyy better traditional artists out there than I care to think about D:
Lessee, this one's on the site:
And this one isn't even done. Audrey III!
It's good to actually see a brand new user with excellent art, all your art is superb right now.

Your art is amazing, The shading and highlights are perfect, Could you make a few tutorials on how you do it?

Your really a great artist. You have such an amazing talent. Hope to see more.
MY E-PENIS IS BIGGER THAN YOURS

...and this is my fag...
xD Yes, Audrey's fun! I actually started that awhile ago, just found it again. I really oughta finish it.
That's cause it's not digital. All my linework and shading and all that stuff is regular ballpoint pen (lost my tablet when we moved, so now I have to color everything on GIMP with my frigging touchpad). D:<
Thanks guys c:
Huh, this is the first place people have asked for tutorials. :3 Next picture I start, I'll try and make one.

i knew it...wait a ball point pen? whenever i try to do thick, high quality shading with a ball point pen, the paper suffers...what surface do you draw on, what paper?
Computer paper. javascript:MakeSmileySelection(12); Usually. Bristol's fantastic, but I usually can't afford to drop money on it when I go through so much paper.
What happens, do you bust the paper? It does tend to crease fast, so it takes some practice not to let it fold over when I'm doing the dark bits

umm...both...on dark areas, it sinks in...you could turn over the paper and all the dark parts are raised, and sometimes it rips through the paper...that and the ink smudges...and it has a blue tint even with a black pen... my original solution was pilot pens (thats what they are right? the really thin sharpy?) but those are hard to come by when you dont exactly have ways to get to any place that sells them...i usually trade pens with friends who dont think they are valuable, since they dont draw
ill practice on not ripping and messing up the paper, now that i know its possible...wanna make this a pm conversation? cause its kinda croudin the thread...
Whew, finally got the other cousin's request done. I think he got the better deal, honestly
Thanks! xD
Just.. lots and lots of practice. :3 I used to get in trouble back in 4th grade for drawing canyons and boats and monsters and crap all over my homework. And desk. Haha.
Yeah, I love LSoH. Never saw the musical, but both the movies are pretty good.

Could you post some of your older work? And when I mean older I mean like back to grade 7 or 8, Or like 4 or somethin' I love seeing a proffesional artists early work.
Your stuff is awesome. A true eye catcher ^^
How long have you been drawing on a serious basis?
Thanks tons! xD Hmm. I've wanted to be an artist since 7th grade or so.. when I went into high school I started going to classes outside of school. c: I'm a college sophomore now.
8th grade, huh? I'm not even sure I still have that stuff at home. Anyway, this is a relatively new laptop so the oldest thing I can get to here is the old stuff from my DA gallery, like my old ID. That's from sophomore year of high school. Improvement, huzzah!
That chibi thread reminded me of this..
Holy shit man those are amazing!
You've got a future in that if you continue, no doubt about it.
Thanks c:
And I hope so.. I've only a couple of years to go

*kills you*
Jk. Do you have any specific examples so I know whatcha mean? I know it's kind of a blend of anime/cartoon and realism, so it's gonna look kind of flat, but I don't want it to xD
Thanks guys
Well, that last pic is of a vampire character. But only a couple of my drawings are of vampires, and those are requests. So no, my drawings aren't really based on that generally.. although I do get a lot of people telling me I have a macabre style. Which is alright by me. c:
Yes, Yes! We shall do your biding oh great one! we are here to please...
the green areas indicate on how it would look more natural and the crapy shading on where to add more shading:
Dont look at my post!
