hey guys i want to know how to deny users acces to certain files folders ect.... also i need help on how to stop certain users from getting to the computer management screen i want all my computers extra users to be my minions please assist me in my cause someone help me out here

Deleting system32 should do the trick. It contains the .dll files neccessary for file sharing, but they're all easily restorable if you change your mind later on.
