The only problem i can see, is that the bandage gives no extra volume to the neck, making it look like it has been painted on. Apart from that nice redraw.

It's not bad, I like the way you've shaded it and added that blood spot. I like the elongated neck and the hands are nice. I am, however, quite tired of seeing Little Orphan Annie eyes in nearly every picture in this forum. Nothing personal, I just think they're way over done.

No, it does exactly the opposite, most of a character is in the eyes.

Agreed, Just "Throwing" pupils in won't look right, eyes are used for showing emotion 100% of the time, and sadly without "eyelids" for one pupils won't cut it, i guess if you've drawn the eyes on a different layer, give them a quick re-draw.

the redrawn one is much better than the pencil sketch, but im agreed about eyes, the need to be redrawn to show some sort of emotion

Not sure, but these are the kinda eyes I draw, not sure if any of them would fit in the character.
