He looks unbalanced.
You can either, try to make his anatomy a bit more humanesqe, or really exaggerate it, making him look alot more robotic.

personally, i think that you should not rely on those circle tools to draw your robot. I remembered i did those in powerpoint waaaaay back (windows 95).

The text looks better than the character itself. Colors are nice though, but the shapes just don't amaze.
