when i draw hair on my stick figure on flash i cant fill it in.......HELP!!

Select everything on the stick figure and go to Modify->Shape->Convert lines to fill.

It's cause the lines aren't joined at the ends. Click the Padlock symbol below the tools and try drawing the hair again, Should work.
