I agree. I'm not saying youtube has terrible videos, its a great source for videos, but its all screwed up there.
Stealing from Newgrounds, Charlie the Unicorn is a fucking good example of them stealing from us. Another one is there stupid commenting system. You can basically leave any comment there. Its good that we have a "abusive comment" option here at Newgrounds, in Youtube you can basically say anything and the comments there get ridiculously stupid and the spam comments are huge there. Plus no cocks videos there.

He uses the same tags FOR EVERY SINGLE CLIP OF THE AWESOME SERIES. He's also stolen every single episode of the series, to boot. THIS IS WHY YOUTUBE'S SEARCH IS CRAP, JACKASS. BECAUSE OF YOU.

But lets admit YouTube can be funny sometimes. Homebrew videos can be epic to the intellingent observer, and some of the hater comments make me lol.

I never cared about youtube stealing content (unless the submitters say they made it) since almost everything on there isn't made by the submitter.

The problem I have with the youtube community is that some of the users act really childish. They talk like 9 year olds and argue about things little kids usually talk about, but then they suddenly submit a video and I sit there in total shock as I watch a 30+ year old complaining about how they just found out one of the users were just fakes and weren't really who they said they were.

On a related note, I recently lost my faith in humanity when I saw the comments on a Resident Evil 5 video debating whether the whole game was racist because its a white guy killing black zombies. Nevermind that the game takes place in Africa, but I have a feeling that making all the zombies white and setting it in Africa would be hard to sell.

Then all of the people on Youtube are thinking "Well at least we're not... oh wait, we do suck."

That's not necessarily youtube, there are actual people out there who feel that it is racist.

Because youtubers aren't people.

i dont entirely agree with this whole objection to youtube because youtube goes way beyond cartoons(which is the only thing found on newgrounds)and has videos of real people(hence the name "youtube").Secondly, the communities are nothing alike because you dont run into the same people while commenting videos.

and

2: Watch Linkin Park music videos posted by its origional author (in this case warner time records) in full quality when im too lazy to find it on the linkin park fansite (im a linkin park geek, otherwise known as a hardcore fan)

YouTube has also got some funny videos, like the "Ultimate Utopia" one, which was a brilliant parody of Final Fantasy. If you haven't seen it, I recommend you see it, eventually. It isn't some random crap sprites doing some random stuff, no. Its really hilarious, with real people and all.

Unless it's something from a movie or show that is actually worth watching, and is then taken down by the parent company. Greedy fucks, can't let a damn 2 minute clip from a show stay online. And of course Youtube lets those big media companies take shit down, but when it comes to real people having their shit stolen, I doubt Youtube gives a shit.
