How do I, like most off all the flash submissions on newgrounds, draw every frame? Could someone please send me a fla file so I can see it :).. Thank you very much!

You're talking about Frame by Frame (or FBF) animation.

you dont draw every frame. the flash program copies the last frame for you but if your doing diffrent motion per frame try onion skin. it lets you see the last frame before the frame your working on.
