Wouldn't this fall under prostitution? Sex is mentioned in the auction. If it was an auction for the "company of three young ladies" it wouldn't be. It could be compared to "bachelor auctions" and "date bids" for charity. Sex isn't included in the price, but if it happens, it happens. It's not part of the contract. I think if it's part of the contract, it's prostitution, which is illegal in almost all of the US.

Umm you guys are over complicating this... let's think, What's prostition? Getting sex for paying cash... That's what they're doing... How is that not prostition? If that is in the us... That should be illegal, however in my opinion prosition should be legal even though it's morally wrong, IMHO.
