no, they customize it by the site type, here, we'll see more stuff with gaming etc. wheras on a news site like CNN, they might have lots of ads to do with money. I don't see them, thanks to adblock plus on mozilla firefox

Google ads display different links from the words that are on your userpage. So on your userpage somewhere, there is probably the words "Beavis and Butthead".
