I don't think so. Most submissions in the obituaries on clock day are deleted by the authors and NOT blammed. See for yourself.

Yes, but it's a very rare event. I have never been able to get a single blam point on clock day ^^.

on clock day you can raise your save points by over 1000 hits.Your blams may just rise a bit over 50 and thats it.
