Forums 9, 11 and 12?

Where are forum numbers 9, 11 and 12? They're not on the main BBS page an when I type them in on the address bar, it says "You are not alowwed here" or something like that. Why is this?
I thought about it because I found a thread in the Forum Etc. from a link.

This might be a classified answer but what are those three forums names? I know one of them is Etc.

No, absent just took the newgrounds source and edited it. It really doesn't exist.

9 is a all mod forum.
10 is a reveiw,icon mod forum
12 is a audio mod forum.
I think thats right.
