Does anyone know what were the standardized guns given to U.S. Marines, Canadian soldiers, and British soldiers during World War 2?

Here, I found this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_com mon_World_War_II_infantry_weapons
The standard issue main armament for a U.S. infantryman was an M1 Garand, while the Airborne often got the M1 Carbine. This doesn't include the man with the submachine guns, of course.

Well, I'm not entirely sure about that, but I think that's who had the largest percentage of the M1 Carbine. Damn my click happy fingers.
