I hate it. I purely hate it, and it is very annoying. For example, I draw something with the line tool, with magnet thingy on, and sometimes the paint bucket fills the thingy, and sometimes not. It is so annoying. And also without the magnet. It just sometimes work, and sometimes it doesnt. Im using CS3.

You see the circle at the bottom of your tools when you have the paint bucket selected? Change that to "Close Large Gaps".
They used to call me souled...

yeah I do that too when I can't find the problem, but If I drawing fine detail, and it doesn't fill I just recraw it and try again. but if it doesn't fill then /there are/ gaps, they are proably just hiding on you some where.
That's why I personally don't like the line tool, but if you tried close large gaps; you could zoom in and connect any gaps you might see with the magnet tool.
That's all I can do to help.
I also thought that the gaps where the problem, but i zoomed in really big, and it didnt show any gaps. Well, now it works. Thank you guys

Just becuase there touching doesn't mean there connected.
Go to the layer and press the Outline button (or whatever it's called), then you can clearly see if the lines are connected!

or you can change all the line thickness to 0.25, close the gaps and fill, then up the size back to normal again.
just go along and find any gaps, then streach your line so it will close it

I would say that takes way too long... (or... well... longer than my method) you say we have to:
1: Select all the lines
2: Move your mouse down to properties and move our hands to our numpad, to write 0.25
3: Search for the gaps.
4: Select all the lines... again
5: Then move the mouse to properties again to write 1
My method excludes the writing, and selecting of lines. You just have to move the mouse to another place :)
Oddly enough, zooming out sometimes helps too.
