It would be pretty cool if all of the great minds and talents combined as one to make a flash that the kids in third-world countries could watch. I mean, we can help donate money to charity, but it is also important to inspire the kids of these countries to know what is going on. We can give them money, but we can also give them HOPE. That is important so that all of the children know what the hell is actually going on.

For those too lazy to click the links, its basically a structure similar to a windmill but air flows into it and the carbon dioxide is absorbed. It's predicted that each 'tree' will absorb about 90,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide a year.

That'd be a pretty damn good investment to make both financially and environmentally.

I have a few suggestions for you.

-Go around your town and collect recyclable soft drink cans every day (Gas stations and highways would be good places to find some) and then cash in the recycle cans and collect the dough and donate them to whatever charitable cause that you can find. You don't HAVE to give the money to Tom.

-If you have any clothing, toys, books or anything you don't use anymore you can donate them to charity centers such as the Salvation Army. Try talking to your parents and ask them where you can drop off your hand-me-downs that can benefit other people.

-Try setting up recycling in your house if you don't do so already. You can recycle paper, plastic, some metals, cardboard and linen. The benefits are endless: Less pollution, less resource extraction, longer lasting environment peace, less waste and more!
