They used to be nice, articulate, and civilized.

Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of smart black people who are articulate, and think for themselves.

Enjoy Thy ban, also I worked with a black person last summer. He was okay but couldn't really understand him due to his accent. He wasn't bad at all, then again being in a place where 90%+ are white being an anit-white person ain't gonna live long...
