yes only because i am importing a lengthly movie. i have a very nice windows vista computer and it works fast but for some reason i cannot import this video without getting a memory error. so please hlep.

maybe there ain't enough space on your disk for the movie. just maybe.

Maybe, that would be quite noticeable though, and I don't think it would spawn a virtual memory problem.
I don't know about vista, but with XP you can press ctrl+alt+delete for the task manager.
If that is available on vista then choose the processes tab, look for flash.exe, right click it and set the priority to high or highest, this allocates more RAM to flash.
You can also set other non important things to be lower and take up less RAM.
