from my knowlege:

yes you can, as long as your flash is not 100 % advertising (for your flash) and there are no pop-ups to it, you can place a link, and one of those

as long as there aren't pop-ups and its not 100% advertising, you should be safe

Yes, its the url (or sometimes embedded)

Make sure you have "http://" or it will not work.
