Nice, I like how you use the blur in effect.

I dont know what script your using for your music but have it that one turns off when you click the other for improvement.

Also it was a while to load just for a menu. Try and cut the filesize down...

I'd speed up the blur effect. I'd also make it so that your loader part drops down rather than just having that play button appear, so it looks at least kind of realistic. I hope the buttons weren't supposed to work too, because they don't. Maybe make their art a little nice too, so when you roll over them it's like an animation.

all the effects and stuff are good. but there's one thing that makes any graphic crappy, and that's gradients that are way obvious. change that please.

Flash can make a right hash of bevels. They can be used well, but the one on your play button is rubbish.

The rest of it is ok. Could be a bit more fun.
