i dont draw on my pc so off topic for a second wats better photoshop or paint
on topic this guy is better than he is given credit for
im not gonna lie the drawings are not the best but he is teased and insulted but he still draws for the sake of it
his proportions are right most times but his bent elbow arms are too long
with practise and time spent he could be good
btw never rush a drawing leave it un finished or come back too it
but in total keep at it

Im not always teased... Fatchaos and other art forum regulars are pretty constructive towards my drawings, and all the poeple who act like total dicks have still sort of helped, but thanks :P

Definitely an improvement from your older stuff.

A few things to note though, in addition to the remarks I made in the image below.

When you're drawing features around where the hair falls, don't not draw them, in case the hair doesn't completely block them out.

Also, the mouth is a little too far to the right. Make sure it's dead center in between the eyes.

I forgot to mention, let me know if you can't read my handwriting.
