you should practice the clothes to be less rigid and try to use more effects than just blur but the intencion is pretty good...oh right if your going to use such a high light source plz draw shadows in the character

Is that sign part of the guy's arm? You really need to work on detail and take more time with you work. The hands, shadows, cloths, and the angle the guy is standing. People dont just stand looking foward, at the side. They also dont always have a perfectly strait spine. They bend over, jump, do many more things than your pictures dipect.

I don't if this'll help, but I suggest u first draw a figure, then just follow the figure pose.

you want an advice i will give ypu an advice, try to make proportions. who? do this first draw a head and then keep in mind that the body must be like 8 times the size of the head (hight) then the arms must be like 3 or something like that and you can guess the size of the legs and try to use some folds in the cloths that rigidness doesnt work..folds like this works

The clothes fold is from a "learn to draw anime" site I think. I don't think he draw that, but it is still helpful.
I agree with...everyone? Instead of using effects, work to make the drawing better. Line tool and circle tool don't make good drawing.

Well, you have improved... a little. It's still too manga based. The drawing need more detail, and could you actually try drawing hair in colors other than blond? The latest drawing makes it look like the guy is missing an arm. The interesting thing is, that the drawings with a tablet and those without a tablet look exactly the same. The clothes are way too stiff, make some crease, and some folds. Make the faces have different expressions, and use different hair styles for each drawing. Here's my attempt at drawing a somewhat normal person. Merry Christmas, by the way.

I would have reached my potential if I had more time to draw. Sadly, schoolwork and life prevents it.
