Newgrounds, I need your help! I want/need to lose 30 pounds, what are some efficient ways? I want to lose weight so I can feel good and feel good about my self-image. I wouldn't think of myself as repulsive, but it would help, plus, I want my dad to be proud of me, for getting and maintaining good health.

Easiest way to loose wait is to constantly be drinking water throughout the day (not Soda, Gatorade, etc)
This way, your digestive system keeps working and you burn more calories naturally.
Also, running causes you to drop weight reasonably well, but there is an initial lag time when nothing happens. After that period, though, the weight falls off like water.

It is really dependent on how much you weigh, body type, and how much fat you have. The best way to loose weight is to eat in moderation and eat mostly fruits and vegetables. Stay way from foods with lots of calories and lots of carbs. If you cut down your calories and increase your activities that is the best way to do it. It isn't the fastest but it is the healthiest and you will be more likely to keep the weight off. if you want to loose weight quickly stop eating and go though sweat sessions. Wear layered clothing and work out in a high temperature environment. This just cuts your water weight but it also burns a lot of calories. This is vary unhealthy and if your weight fluctuates rapidly it becomes harder to lose weight and keep it off.

Eat consistently but cut down on all the unhealthy stuff.
Exercise regularly. Go to the gym at least three times a week. Do strength training as well as cardio.
Drink plenty of water.

Avoid late night snacks.
Eat healthy foods: More veggies, less chips
Try to avoid eating out of boredom. Limit yourself to one treat a day.
