Wetrix for N64. It was awesome, combining land and water management (not in the farming sense) with an arcade-style experience. Genius.

Though there'll never be an english version, it was made in German and there's not going to be a translation soon. That's bad for most of you cause it's one of the best RPG's I've evour played.

Killer 7 for the gamecube. I'd suggest anyone with a GC or a Wii should go out and buy it to prepare for No More Heroes. It's a head trip and a half, and you can usually get it pretty damn cheap. I think I picked up mine for $5.

Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy
Amazing game, though lacking in voice actors. It would've been better if there was voice dialogue. Great game overall.
