Comix Zone flash?!?!

Comix Zone was possibly the greatest Sega Genesis game to ever exist! Why doesn't any flashes exist for the property? I want desperately to make a game, but I don't own flash nor understand any code at all. My real question is: why doesn't NG have any Comix Zone stuff?

There's many reasons.

1. Many haven't heard of the game.
2. If they have, it was really difficult.

But mostly because they've never heard of it.

Oh man I loved that game! In fact, I might be making over that game very soon...once I am finished my current game of course.

And besides, what does difficulty have to do with anyone making flash about it? I asked why no Comix Zone flash exists, difficulty has nothing to do with the fan content. Maybe the fan base, but not the content. And besides, that's old school gaming at its best, it should be difficult!

That game was fucking brilliant, but absolutely impossible. It's been years since I've played it, but I remember a bit where a guy would be just off screen, so you couldn't hit him, and he would chuck stuff at you, and then come on for a bit so you could get a hit in, and I could NEVER beat him.

I really want to dig it out now.

I haven't found any sprites for it and if there was a flash, I'd like to be a part of it. :D

You mean Kung Fung, right? The "Your Kung Fu is good" dude? He's easy, once you get the hang of him. Dodge his "Water&Fireballs", then let him shoot his fingernails into the wall, once he appears to where you can hit him. Then, hit him (HARD),preferably with areal kicks, into a wall with nails, he'll take major damage. It only takes 3 "knock-his-old-asian-ass-into-his-own-na ils-which-he-shot-into-the-wall-with-fly ing-kicks" moves to defeat him. He takes less damage than the first boss. Still, I had problems with him recently because I was rusty. I just found the download online yesterday (HORRAY FOR ME)

Actually, what I have in mind is going to be totally hand-drawn! I'll post pics on my news posts soon with my basic character designs (I love the originals, but I want to change some stuff).

Me too! Although I did like "Ultimate Flash Sonic" (that's what you meant, right?). I want it to be hand-drawn, no sprites! I don't mind sprites, but to me, crappy hand-drawings are much better than sprites made by someone else. As for making your own sprites for a flash, I'm divided.....
