You probably don't have the PS3 firmware update that enabled themes. I'm a little confused about what you mean, but if you mean under Theme Settings, you don't have a "Theme" sub-section, you need to update. If you do have a Theme sub-section and there is no "Install" option when you enter it, just re-check your folders and shit on your flash drive/ media storage device.
I did not have a theme sub section, i am in the process of atempting to install 2.10, thanks for the advice, much apreciated.

Oh, by the way i am a bit new here, so sorry if this is a wrong thing to say, but, as soon as i looked at my inbox i have a rather insulting mail, i wondered if there is a possiblility i can report this to someone? once again, sorry if this not supposed to be here, but i just want to report some nasty emailers

Quite cool mods for the PS3... Sadly don't got the cash or need for one (yet), but if I ever get one, I'll definitely use this theme! At least I can show my PS3-obsessed friends now something NG-related as well, lets hope they come here someday as well... XD

Also, everyone that's bitching: I don't know if you noticed, but the Wii doesn't have themes, and Microsoft would make you pay to download this shit. So really, this is the best option, and the fact that they're doing it for free is reason enough for you to stfu.

ps3 controllers were made almost th same as the ps2 which is basicly the same as the ps1 which came out long before xbox was even thought of. and wifi is owned by nintendo lol
