I'm getting a PSP at the end of the month, so I fancied making Flash that the PSP can support. Up to what Flash and AS does the PSP support?

The PSP (officially, not sure about homebrew) support flash player 6 AS 2.0, I think. You could probably Google that. The thing is, its processor probably won't take most of the movies and games you're gonna make for it. I tried many times, I was disappointed.
I couldn't hide the cursor, no shared object and you can only detect the keys and click (O or X, can't remember). I tried detecting mouse movement which means joystick, and I did it fine, but once again I couldn't hide the mouse and also if the mouse hit one of the edges, there's nothing you can do.

That's my experience with it flash and PSP. But maybe they got it better by now, I tried that months ago.

Dragy2005,
Thanks for the input. I've been reading this article, and damn, the input is extremely limited. Basically, with having no support for saves and that kind of input, we're just limited to pick-up-and-play mouse games. Probably the most complex would be platforming shooters (which would probably suck with the nub).

I'm getting disappointed already.

neon-dude,
Yes, but I never figured out properly. Flash on mobile phones is rather limited. You have to go download device profiles. My bro's SE W810i can't even play Flash movies. It's just stuff about screensavers, which I never got to work.
