I would never hire him to work for me unless i wanted him to hack someone else. I doubt anyone computer company will ever hire him.

And for that 'finding out what hackers can do' thing - thats bogus. You dont need a 5 star hacker to tell you what can be hacked or not - if you have any program experiance you can tell someone what is vunerable and what isnt.
