it when a mod over does somthing. Like giving out a ban to someone else thats so ridiculous that it's just plain hilarious, or somthing like,"Everyone who posted here is banned". I seen that one yesterday a-and I couldn't stop laughing.

I can remember, about two years ago, the mods were told they weren't banning enough people, and that the forums were going out off control.
So the mods just banned a random bunch of people. They didn't bother trying to find the troublemakers.

If I remember right, they just said "everyone who posts in this section of the forum is banned."

I don't think the forum owner even cared. He was becoming increasingly paranoid that the forums were turning against him at that point.

It gets old after a while though, BBR has always been like that. I'm not saying I don't laugh from time to time, because BBR is quite hilarious when it comes to interacting with users, I'm just saying it's meh sometimes.
