LOL

A cancerous tumor continues to grow even as its expropriation of nutrients and disruption of vital functions cause its host to waste away. Similarly, human societies undermine their own long-term viability by depleting and fouling the environment. With civilization as with cancer, initial success begets self-defeating excess.

It's easy to dismiss the link between cancer the disease in humans and humans as a disease on the planet as both preposterous and repulsive--or as a mere metaphor rather than the unifying hypothesis its leading proponent claims for it. Only a handful of limited-circulation periodicals, including this one (see Forencich 1992/93), have granted the concept a respectful hearing.

Accepting the humans-as-cancer concept comes easier if one also accepts the Gaia hypothesis that the planet functions as a single living organism.

So is this guy, or Joe Rogan the one who is guilty of being a plagiarizing, "unoriginal faggot"??

Interesting.

You're just showing that you're just one of those little teenagers with vivid imaginations. "OMG liek Joe rogan says he duz drugs and he said this thing that sounded cool bout humans, he's a genius, he invented it".

Secondly, in your previous post you said that you heard Joe Rogan Say it.

Yeah, and before I heard Joe Rogan say it I heard it MANY times before.

Although you don't have to do drugs to grasp the concept, humans being cancer was a recurring theme when I used to do drugs.

You still used exactly what he said.

Nope. No I didn't.

I think what I said was no more similar to Joe Rogan's rant than it was to A. Kent McDougal's writing, which... hate to break it to you... precedes Joe Rogan's DMT youtube clip.

End of story. You lose Mr."King of Debates".

Haha, you already lost. Now you're just humiliating yourself even further by refusing to address what I showed you.

Also, I never once mentioned that I looked up to Joe Rogan in anyway. Did I?

It's pretty obvious that you do. You defended him as if he is some prophet or something. It's obvious you were under the impression that Joe Rogan is some super profound guru of drugs and modern culture or something.

You heard something that you thought was deep. You thought that person invented the concept. You were wrong, and the reason you thought that is because you have no point of reference. Why don't you have a point of reference? Because you're just a dumb kid with a vivid imagination, that's why.

Oh woops, yet again you've proved yourself wrong.

Um actually I proved you wrong.

You contradict yourself constantly.

Lol, you intentionally take stances you know have been discredited by truth just so you can salvage your dignity after making harsh accusations you couldn't substantiate.

Lol... just keep embarrassing yourself.

You haven't proved I plagiarized anyone, because you can't, and you know it now. But you still want to salvage your ego... so you do this hilarious crap. You intentionally continue to take a stance that has been discredited because you've already put your weight behind your false accusations. Admitting you were wrong now would require humility you don't have.

And now this is all you have left... baseless one-liners in all caps that states something you and I both know is not true.

Alright, I'll bite. Here we go, get ready to fucking eat your own head.

Not once in my entire argument with you did I mention anywhere that I believed Joe Rogan was an authority on a philosophy that has been around for a while. Obviously these kinds of profound ideas are not going to come from a comedian. Naturally, they are of course, created by a learned man. One with an education. Something that Joe Rogan obviously does not possess, seeing as how he takes a very profound idea and throws in a bunch of curse words.

Also, if you'd kindly reread my post referring to his career as a comedian, you'll notice that I did in fact nullify his validity as a person who has any credentials in the philosophical area of study. Also, your choice of words is bland. You seem to be pushing that rock up that hill too many times sisyphus.

Also, the idea behind me seeing his experience with DMT as the grounds for his view on humanity being his intellectual property. It is of course, his own. If you would notice, If you take more than 3 words from any sentence without citing your source, you are in fact plagiarizing. You plagiarized. Now, you could argue that it's Joe Rogan, A Kent McDougal, or whoever. That fact is, you used one of their sentences. That is plagiarization plain and simple. Passing off that as a "paraphrasing" is merely a copout, one which I laugh at.

Secondly, in your previous post you said that you heard Joe Rogan Say it.
Yeah, and before I heard Joe Rogan say it I heard it MANY times before.

Although you don't have to do drugs to grasp the concept, humans being cancer was a recurring theme when I used to do drugs.

However, this doesn't disprove nor nullify my point. You heard Joe Rogan say it, One of his sentences and yours are nearly Identical. However you choose to argue this point is entirely up to you. However realize that the MLA format definition of plagiarization is on my side.

You still used exactly what he said.
Nope. No I didn't.

I think what I said was no more similar to Joe Rogan's rant than it was to A. Kent McDougal's writing, which... hate to break it to you... precedes Joe Rogan's DMT youtube clip.

I never once stated that Joe Rogan was the creator of this philosophical idea. Not once. Not once.

End of story. You lose Mr."King of Debates".
Haha, you already lost. Now you're just humiliating yourself even further by refusing to address what I showed you.

I seem to be humiliating myself alright, however I would rather humiliate myself with my own flawed logic, then plagiarize the work of someone else and pass it off as my own.

Also, I never once mentioned that I looked up to Joe Rogan in anyway. Did I?
It's pretty obvious that you do. You defended him as if he is some prophet or something. It's obvious you were under the impression that Joe Rogan is some super profound guru of drugs and modern culture or something.

It's as simple as stating as I do not look up to Joe Rogan. His jokes are not funny and his views on the world are banal and idiotic. His massive repetition of humor isn't to my liking.

Also, I'd like to point out that you are calling me kid yet you are only 2 years older then me. Well, I must say I'm impressed, in two years you seem to be putting yourself so far above me that you are calling me a pre-pubescent child. My, how much wisdom you must have accumulated in those 2 years. It astounds me.

Oh woops, yet again you've proved yourself wrong.

You contradict yourself constantly.

Here, I'll end it on a lighter note. No.

Not once in my entire argument with you did I mention anywhere that I believed Joe Rogan was an authority on a philosophy that has been around for a while.

Yes, but you showed that you believe this because you believed that what I said, which is a common philosophy, was a plagiary of Joe Rogan.

Obviously these kinds of profound ideas are not going to come from a comedian. Naturally, they are of course, created by a learned man. One with an education. Something that Joe Rogan obviously does not possess, seeing as how he takes a very profound idea and throws in a bunch of curse words.

Bingo.

Although Joe Rogan is entertaining, I did not copy him or emulate him by what I said. What I said is a modern interpretation of the belief that human life is parasitic in nature.

Also, the idea behind me seeing his experience with DMT as the grounds for his view on humanity being his intellectual property. It is of course, his own. If you would notice, If you take more than 3 words from any sentence without citing your source, you are in fact plagiarizing.

I am, in fact not.

You're going to need to prove it.

You plagiarized.

Prove it.

If I plagiarized, then I also plagiarized A Kent McDougal, and Joe Rogan plagiarized him as well.

But both are not true. Because what I said is a common philosophy. I didn't copy anyone, in fact I said what I said completely freestyle.

Now, you could argue that it's Joe Rogan, A Kent McDougal, or whoever. That fact is, you used one of their sentences.

Um what sentence is that?

Want to at least TRY to give your argument the slightest shred of credibility or are you just going to keep arguing based on your intangible imagination?

That is plagiarization plain and simple.

Nope.

Although you don't have to do drugs to grasp the concept, humans being cancer was a recurring theme when I used to do drugs.
However, this doesn't disprove nor nullify my point.
You heard Joe Rogan say it, One of his sentences and yours are nearly Identical.

What sentence?

If it's a common sentence that will be almost inevitable in the discussion, I'm going to laugh at you.

"Humans keep growing?"

However you choose to argue this point is entirely up to you. However realize that the MLA format definition of plagiarization is on my side.

Um...

Nope.

In order to plagiarize you'd have to pass off someone else's work as your own. It would have to be significantly similar. What I did was not someone else's work, it was a concept that I put in my own words.

That's not plagiarism.

I never once stated that Joe Rogan was the creator of this philosophical idea. Not once. Not once.

You of course implied it, and proved it because you cited Joe Rogan as the supposed original source, never minding that what I said is a well known concept that has been uttered by countless writers for a long time. Never mind that what I said was a common academic concept.

I seem to be humiliating myself alright

Absolutely.

however I would rather humiliate myself with my own flawed logic, then plagiarize the work of someone else and pass it off as my own.

Good, because I did neither.

Also, I'd like to point out that you are calling me kid yet you are only 2 years older then me.

I called you a kid because you think and act like one.

Well, I must say I'm impressed, in two years you seem to be putting yourself so far above me that you are calling me a pre-pubescent child.

I'm calling you a dumb kid with a vivid imagination, and I'd say that about someone my own age if they acted the way you do.

My, how much wisdom you must have accumulated in those 2 years. It astounds me.

Answer me these questions:

Have you graduated highschool? Have you moved out of your parents' house? Have you earned any educational credentials? Do you have a degree in a field of study? Have you even contributed to the work force in this country?

I don't think you've done many if any of those things.

I just think you're a little kid, with little responsibility, and little knowledge of anything outside that what you get via entertainment. The fact that you automatically brought up Joe Rogan, showed me that what he said was your ONLY exposure to that concept, thus showing you are incredibly uninformed.

If you had any knowledge outside of what Joe Rogan said, you'd have realized that what I said was not plagiarism at all. Due to the fact the idea is INCREDIBLY common, I'd have to go to great lengths to plagiarize someone. What I did was freestyle, I had what Joe Rogan said in mind, but I also had what I learned in school in mind and I simply repeated common concepts.

I didn't plagiarize, period.

Don't think that when I stop replying I'm running away, because I'll be back with book sources of the concept if you're still going to hold on to your half baked plagiarism accusation.

I just came back to finish my rant, but I think it's funnier to watch the uneducated flounder for a bit...
Spouting things that they know nothing about...

It's like watching a monkey use a computer to scratch it's arse.

:And I would advise the few educated people here to do the same, and just enoy the show...

Just imagine I wrote something witty and funny here....
