It may look and act like an Iphone, but it's specs are little different (and a little better).
Just because something looks like something else, doesn't mean that it's worse/copyright infringement.

I'm quite interested in that. That's an incredibly sharp res that they're touting, plus, for me the one reason that I wouldn't buy an iPhone or an iPod Touch is the small(ish) HD.
But then again, I'd look like a massive fag taking it out to change songs or phone someone and everyones like "WTF PIKEY LOLOLOL"
