No he didn't "think" to do it because of the game. He had just gotten so fat while living in his parent's basement that he was physically unable to move.

It's your own fault if you pull aggro while killing Illidan...so feign death is a useless skill if you're good at WoW. But if you're not. And if you just spam auto shot and arcance shots to generate lots of threat (more than the tank). It's your own fault for being a moron.
