all of the insults failed miserably. the proper way to insult someone is to first know what they don't like about themselves. even if this is something ridiculous(for example many skinny teen girls hate themselves for being "fat" or worry to no end about their weight)
you should point it out and act like it bothers you to no end. if you don't know about them, than general insults(you suck, etc.) generally make you simply seem like a dumbass, and the victim will usually not care unless they are a dumbass themselves and find that shit offensive. using specific insults without targeting the persons weakspots(you're gay, you're fat, you're ugly, you're stupid, you have no friends) makes you seem like a super epic dumbass sent by god himself to be an epic dumbass. manipulative compliments work the same way, except in reverse. rant fin.
