It's very rare that no mods at all are online. If you see a thread that needs a moderator's attentions, just send them a PM with the link in it.

So go to the BBS front page, look down the bottom, and you can see ALL the users on the entire BBS. Mods are highlighted green, so just PM one of those. Doesn't matter if they're browsing a different section of the BBS.
