Too bad you're not 16. When you're 16, you can get a joint checking account that your parent(s) can monitor. Whenever the account statement comes in, (since I check the mail) I just take it out and store it in our drawer where we keep all our financial information in folders. So in other words, my parents don't really monitor my account because my parents forget to check the statements.

So when you have a bank account (I think savings account works too) you can make a Paypal account and pay for "risque" items using that. Your parents will never know (unless they check your statements), and you'll just have to make sure it arrives to your house at a time when you can get it inside without anyone questioning it.
