I feel as if you don't, I've never heard of any one who has had a reply to their PM or email. Everyone complains that you don't reply. I don't try to contact you muuch because of this, the only time I can actually talk to you is when you're on a thread or maybe paltalk but even still it's a rare event. Maybe those who have got an answer just don't tell anyone. I don't have to provide you with any examples. If you've been around NG since the start you should have been aware of all the things I've helped with. Also you shouldn't state so many things as if they are fact, when you have no idea about what you're saying. Everything you accused me of is completely wrong. If what you said was correct I would have already deleted you, as well as a dozen other people in this topic.
I wouldn't say I wasn't here from the start, I did have a vague brief visit when the Assassin page was the top page maybe '99 when user accounts were created. However the very beginning was the mid 90s and I did not frequent the internet with dial up costs. Played around for a few weeks, then completely forgot the URL and did not see it until 2003 when I made my account solely to submit a shitty flash. I am unsure to why if I was correct in accusing you of these things you would delete me and others? Yes this is a private owned website and you can do what you want but what would that show your users? I wouldn't go so far as calling you a role model as this site is all about sticking it to the man and having no superiors but people expect you to be fair when it comes to keeping an account,
You were 10-11 years old when I started helping with NG. I was active with NG before I was an officially hired and paid employee. So how would you know all the things I've been involved with over the years? Yes, I haven't been as visible lately, but that's because the redesign threw a monkey wrench into a lot of the things I handled and I've been waiting for things to be worked out.
I do try to look up the history of this site a lot to expand my knowledge a bit, like you I do a little research before throwing something out. I saw that you looked into another user's page to learn more about it. While I don't like the idea of calling them a cunt, the whole research thing is necessary. Until recentely I saw you as someone who uses Newgrounds as a secondary job, from what I know you used to (I assume) work in a camera shop a la photoshop bedn.

I expect the same treatment from now on, admin powers or not. Please do not take offense as I do love this site and would want to stay here for a while. I'm not saying you make up lies about me but if my prior reply was hostile then it would be as witty as a "your mother" insulting competition and it would be a bullshit competition. As Jack Dee remarked about talking over the internet, all you know about that person is that they can type.
The list of features I've been involved with is endless. Yes, Liljim, Ross, and others, bring these features and ideas to life, but that's why we hired them. If Tom and I could program and design everything ourselves we wouldn't hire the talents of all our staff.
You see I am a thinker and I come up with ideas, 90% don't get far but I would like to make them possible. If we got paid just to think of ideas then I would be rich. One of my ideas however is going to be set up as a small business. Just need to talk with business consultants etc.
For example, users now get a message if they log in too many times with the wrong info that allows them to unlock their accont, or alert them if someone else is trying to log in. I requested this feature and explained what I wanted it to do. For some time I have gotten 5-10 emails a day from frustrated users asking me to unlock their account, something I didn't have the ability to do. Now these users can unlock their accounts when they get the email.
Never really noticed this one. Last time I got locked out was in 2006 on pico day, had to let someone else submit a flash for me. Will be interesting if I ever was unfortunate to get locked out in the future.
There's a lot of behind the scenes administrative things I'm involved with, as well as managing the various mods, etc. Most of what I do is behind the scenes, so regular users would have no idea about what I do on a daily basis.
But you hardly advertise it, the other staff say what contribution they have done but you are left there being modest. If you do say now and again what you do then we wouldn't be having an argument like now.
Another example, the blam and protect levels, etc, was my idea. In the past many entries coming into the Portal would fall off the 50 most recent list with 15-30 views, 5-15 votes, etc. So I set about trying to find ways to increase exposure for all entries coming into the site. Now entries drop off the list with usually 800 views or more.

I really don't want to look like a brown noser who has no thoughts of their own and join this endless fan club just to get a little power and becoming a hated member of this BBS because people get bitchy about a ban but I do respect the staff and mods here but doing so will make me look like what I just said above. When I talk about something like this and I require answers and lo and behold I got them just by asking. Theres a lot of secrecy in some parts of this site which people ask about but never gets answered. Nothing comes to mind.
