Hey could anybody make a newground art fankit for me to use plz? something like a cutout with transparency background with the tank thing and the wierd guy in a .zip file plz?
I've started with pictures and i've included a pic i did here. so plz?

I think you missed the idea behind that rule. The art has to be your own.

I get the impression that if that piece of art is genuinely a "pic you did", then you are more than capable of making this art fankit yourself. So why would you need our help?
Or better yet, forget about the fankit and just DRAW the characters yourself...

But really, All I think you did for that 'pic you did' was take this pic, drawn by another artist, and change the background on it... Which let's face it, is not 'doing a pic'. It's lazy, and borders on art theft.

Secondly, the rules on this forum stipulate that you're not supposed to make requests, and starting a topic purely on the grounds to make a request is particularly frowned upon.
(as is borderline art-theft, but hey...)
