but how send a link for download??????????????????/

If you want to merely put your flash file online so others can download it for viewing use savefile.com. If you want to upload it to here so others can view it go here and do so. Make sure your flash meets the necessary requirements. [less then 10MB, a .swf file etc].

I guess you want it to be sort of like a digital comic book, and each frame of the movie is a page? Make a frame that covers the entire movie and put this into its "actions" panel:

The user can use the comma and period keys (',' and '.', or '<' and '>') to go forward or back through the movie, one frame at a time. That's the simplest way to accomplish this.

I have to be honest, if this really is what you're thinking, it's a crappy way to cop out of doing actual animation and unless the storyline and visuals are really good, it probably won't pass judgement.

Wait... I re-re-read your posts. Do you want to upload the Flash document (.fla) so other people can copy stuff out of it to use in their own movies? You could use NgUp, or a dedicated file hosting service like RapidShare or Megaupload, or you could toss it up onto a Google Pages site.

(See that's why coherent writing is important.)

He wants to make a spreadcheet. Ok first of you save your flash as a .FLA file NOT an .SWF file or else people can't use your characters. Then go to www.rapidshare.com or another free up/downloadsite and upload it. Now people can download your .FLA.
