Is it the server or me?

I don't know if it's the server or me, but for the last two days the internet has been slow, especially NG.

It speeds up after I restart, but then back to loading a page every 2 minutes after a while. Does anyone else notice the slow server, or is it just my computer?

I noticed that occasionally it might take a little longer, but not very often. Sounds like it might be your computer, or your internet connection.

Internet has been running fine for me , even NG has been fast.

You might have that virus that's going round.

I updated my Norton virus deffinitions and had several quarantined items from Kazaa downloads.

Are tou getting a pop-up telling you that you're comp will restart in a certain amout of time? If so go to symantec.com to get the remove tool then get the patch. If not then just get the patch.

it could be that you are experencing high traffic on your side

one bad thing about cable internet access is the more users that log on to the service, the slower it is for everybody

Sometimes NG is slow for me but its not that often. It used to happen all the time untill i was told to clear my internet cache and it works fine now. The only problem i have now is the 56k modem problem were i cant watch most movies, it totally sucks, i hat e not being able to watch my fave movies.

Yes, yesterday evening GMT was so slow I gave up even trying to load pages. Hopefully it's a one-off, the rest of the time NG has been running pretty sweetly.
