I'm looking for creative developers who are very design savvy and are very active.

I can pay a fixed rate or hourly it's up to you.

well im interested me and a developer are almost done our game and were going to look for sponsership so im wondering how much do pay on average and can we submit our game to newgrounds.

Are you looking for anything in particular or just games?
Also, are you looking for people to continue to make games for your site or just looking for a few submissions?
And will you remain open to submissions (with and without pay) in the future?

Well I have yet to buy a game but what I will do is pay you a fair amount of money and allow you to put MochiAds at the beginning of the game so when I spread the games around you will get a continuous stream of revenue.

Most game companies offer a starter price of 200$ per (crappy) game. How much does your company have in it's budget to offer, and how is your site better than others, eg. Armorgames, Mofunzone, AddictingGames, etc? What is so special about it?

Well, Im may not be a good game developer (Not-good in actioncript) but I think Im good or maybe great in designing... Check out some of my work if u may..
