That's worse than the judge in Florida who wouldn't allow the fact that a guy had a prescription be used for a defense in his drug trial.

I dont think anyone can argue with the decision to remove him. Thats a rediculous abuse of power. The justice system doesnt run on chastising other people for a person's mistakes.
