Does anyone know if Nintendo plans on putting these events over Wifi, and if so, do you know when they plan to do this?

i don't think they will over wifi but i don't care i already have all 3 of them by playing the events. it wasn't all that hard to go to them

The only time they've released Darkrai was an event for the __th movie involving Darkrai. So if you can find someone with that then it's legit.
Shaymin and Arecus have yet to be released in Japan or America (except for this glitch in early Japanese versions).
So the only way really is too cheat or find someone who did cheat.

I can't trade for it over Wifi though. Nintendo was smart about it. You can only trade for Pokemon you have in your Pokedex. Just to have seen it, not caught it. But either way, no trainer in the game will have any of them.

i have them in my pokedex and what are you talking about!? i gave my friend a kanto pokemon that you can't get in diamond/pearl until you have national dex

I imagine most of them floating around are hacks. If it is legit, odds are it's been cloned.
