No thanks Mitch, but you are going to have some trouble trying to get someone to help your idea with no benefit to the contributor.

And you're paying how much for a CMS?

Interesting idea.
But from the looks of your screenshot, it seens you didn't done almost anything yet.
The design seens ok.
Do you plan to make money for it? If yes, how?
And how much are you willing to pay for web developper or content?

I like the look of the layout actually, looks pretty nice.
What exactly are you wanting doing (layout slicing, programming, CMS as someone mentioned, etc) and how much are you looking to pay for all this?

The only thing I'd say is make all the boxes the same length, plus add a background or lighten it to something like #0a0a0a. I think its very difficult to succesfully pull off a dead colour, but thats just me.
other wise it looking good. I am interested it hearing what you want doing as I might have some free time in te near future.

They won't be the same length when content's incorporated though will they?
Maybe add a fade out or something at the bottom of said contact boxes?

Well you could put a wrap around them all and set them to 100% height and they would/should stay the same length.
Otherwise the fade out idea is good.

To answer all your questions:
1.) CMS = Yes I need that, ill pay according to the work that goes into it.
2.) I first thought i wouldn't pay anything and just partner ship with a person and call them co-founder and help run it with me and split the earnings.
3.) How i plan to get money is from the merchandise, advertisements, affiliates, premium mebership (maybe)

Split the earnings... thats a new one. No wait, its not. You aren't going to make any money and neither will your partner. Scrape some of mommys allowance money together and pay for something if you must have someone else do it.

Dude, honestly... If you're going to pay someone to code for your site, it has to be money that you can definitely give them. Not money that you might be able to earn with your site. You also have to specify at least a base price range to get anyone interested.

I know a guy who codes ASP CMS and he charges £8000GBP easily to big commercial companies.
You'd be looking at about £100-200 minimum though.

Yes, but it depends what content you want to manage with this system.
If all you wants a basic news posting feature that allows users to comment on posts, i'd probably do it for about $50 (only because i already have a bare-bones structure mind).
