ahhh! I know what you mean. They are called digital drawing pads or digital tablets. Check out wacom, they are quite a good manufacturer of them. (I currently have a wacom bamboo and it realy good with flash)
add me on xbox 360: CoD4 and CoD5 (and sometimes TF2) gamertag: andy70707

Yeah and for a second vote I'd have to go with Wacom also. I own a Wacom Graphire 2 (most commonly bought by users like you and I) and it's great.

I think I'm going to buy a Wacom Bamboo.. right now.
Just explain a couple things please: How do they work? Is it like a touch-screen, but it comes onto the PC? And how sensitive is it (I don't want to have to press down really hard and stuff)

One last important thing I had to mention: And which colour should I get, silver, black or blue? D:
Probably blue..

they just plug into USB, and you have a pen. Then it works just like a PDA, just draw and it appears on the screen. The black one is more sort of "profesional" the white one is for more general sort of useage, and the gray one is sort of a mix of both.
