It will patch that gay problem and keep your comp running!!!. Only 2000, nt, xp users get this, a lot of xp users were infected....it could have been you!!

The basic summary is this:
"Windows XP Security Patch: Buffer Overrun In RPC Interface Could Allow Code Execution
...
A security issue has been identified that could allow an attacker to remotely compromise a computer running Microsoft® Windows® and gain complete control over it."
In short, it means those machines which have the virus are (possibly) being actively hacked.

hmmm... that doesn't really affect me as I'm on 98, but I was gonna ask this anyway:
What is the best virus scanner?
I have been using McAffee, which did the job, but the shitty thing is that it is an absolute resource hog and my computer runs as if it had a virus anyway when McAffee is running. What does everyone else use? (Links if possible)

i herd kesparski was the topps but i had promes wiht it on xp... in the past i had mcafee on my 98 comuter and it was fine
