Hello Voice Actors!
I'm an indie game developer currently residing in Scotland (mid 20s, male) and my main focus is on emotional art games. Along with other developer I work on a game called "Clouds of Melancholy 2" (you can find "Clouds of Melancholy" on my website [in links at the bottom of the PM]). It's a bit hard to describe what it is as I try to explore the depth of art gaming that is hardly explored just yet. It's a game about liberation. Liberation of one man, the main character who is a Censor and one night (for some, quite a mysterious, reason) reevaluates his life, becomes brave enough to reach the painful state of self-critique and, through a quite complex process, tries to find out the way out, tries to find the path to become a better human being, path to be more natural, path to fulfillment (censorship is pretty much entirely based on destruction of truth, art, journalism, any form of human expression).
Game is not big but it is built with use of 5 smaller games. Three of them take place in reality (physical), while two of them take place in Censor's mind (metaphysical). Mini-game that is the most important and for which I decided that voice over acting is necessary in order to bring deeper emotions and make it more expressive is the one in which Censor is judged by 12 judges (figments of his imagination [or conscience :)]). That's where voice acting is really needed as it will strengten the scene severely.

My contribution to the game revolves around design, script (there is a lot of text there so game is a bit of an artistic adventure game as well [and it contains several puzzles, too]), graphics and animation, music (I have 7 tunes composed for it so far but not the one for the described scene yet; I think that I would first like to see how the gameplay works with voice acting and then decide how much of tension and emotional layer has to be added to the scene to make it as close to my vision as possible) and sounds.
Game is serious, it's definitely not a fun-game (it's purpose is to touch a player, not to entertain him) and voice acting has to be somewhat dramatic.
Game is set into a fictional fantasy world called Sadmoons and it takes place is a country called Gothia (inspired by steampunk, British and Rome Empire, amongst others).
I'm looking for 12 voices + 1 voice + 1 voice
12 voices for 12 judges (if you can do more than one voice, that's great!). At least half of voices have to be male, preferably 70-80%. I'm looking for whole range of accents. About 50% of Judges should speak British English, and other 50% any sort of English accent (American, Australian, International), really, except for Asian.
1 voice for main character, the Censor. Male. British accent.
1 voice for a mysterious female. Obviously female :) Someone who feels comfortable with whispers (or just gentle, calm, silent talking) would be good here. Any accent except for Asian.
